Terms of Service — Nova, the KKRGENAI WhatsApp Assistant

These terms cover your use of Nova, the WhatsApp assistant operated by KKRGENAI Innovations LLC ("we", "us") for our coding classes. By messaging Nova after it introduces itself, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What Nova is

• Nova is an AI assistant. It answers common questions on its own and hands anything it is unsure about to our team. It can occasionally be wrong — important details (schedules, fees, enrollment) are always confirmable with a human, and you can ask for a person at any time.
• Nova helps with information, enrollment, scheduling, and payment organization. It is not a substitute for our team's judgment, and automated messages are not binding commitments until confirmed by a team member.

Classes, enrollment & payments

• Class availability, schedules, and fees are as communicated by our team and may change with notice.
• Payments are verified by a human. Sending a receipt marks a payment as pending; it counts as paid only once a team member confirms it. A receipt alone is not proof of enrollment.
• Waitlists are first-come, first-served. A trial class is free and creates no obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

• Use Nova for its purpose: our classes. Don't use it to send spam, abusive content, or anything unlawful, and don't attempt to disrupt or probe the service. We may stop responding to numbers that misuse it.
• Children should not message Nova directly — parents act for their children (see the privacy policy).

Disclaimers

Nova is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and our liability arising from use of the assistant is limited to the amount you paid us for classes in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
