Privacy Policy — Nova, the KKRGENAI WhatsApp Assistant

Nova is a WhatsApp assistant operated by KKRGENAI Innovations LLC ("we", "us") to answer questions about our coding classes, help with enrollment and class logistics, and organize payments. This policy explains what Nova stores and why.

What we collect

• Messages you send us on WhatsApp — text, voice notes, and images — together with your phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shares with us.
• Details you choose to share in conversation, such as your email, your child's first name and age, schedule preferences, and how you heard about us. These are used only to administer classes and respond to you.
• Payment records — when you tell us you've paid and send a receipt, we store the receipt and the confirmation decision for accounting.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and manage class enrollment, schedules, confirmations, waitlists, and payments.
• AI processing: messages are processed by Google's Gemini API to classify and answer them. On our paid tier, Google does not use this data to train its models. A human reviews anything the assistant is unsure about.
• We do not sell your data, use it for third-party advertising, or share it beyond the services needed to run Nova (WhatsApp/Meta as the messaging platform, Google for AI processing, and our hosting provider).

Children

Our classes serve children through their parents. Nova is designed for parents and adult learners: if we detect a child messaging directly, the assistant redirects them to a parent and staff are notified. We do not knowingly hold conversations with children.

Retention & deletion

• Conversation history is kept for up to 2 years, then deleted automatically. Payment records are kept as required for accounting.
• You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time — message us on WhatsApp or email the address below, and we will erase it.

Consent

The first time you message Nova, it identifies itself as an AI assistant and asks whether you'd like to continue or talk to a human instead. You can ask for a human at any point in any conversation.
